a little something to think about

Since I mentioned that I'm writing the book, I've had to consider a few different things: for example, will I name names?  Will I "spill the dirt" on what really goes on in college football? Will I say who I really have a grudge against and why?

After spending a few weeks thinking about all of this I still haven't really decided either way...but I did happen to find this quote randomly and decided it would be my mantra from here on out:
Anyone else out there have issues with holding MAJOR grudges besides me?  I'm slowly trying to work on it but it's so hard.   I love my family so much that once someone messes with them (as is frequent in the coaching profession) I have issues not holding that against them for a long time (aka forever).  Hubby is a good example in not holding grudges and I'm trying really hard to let go and move on...focus my energy on something positive.  Let's just say it's a work in progress.

  1. Oh do I ever have a problem with holding grudges. It's tough, but the statement above is so true.

  2. I love that quote, Teevens. And I am SOO excited you are writing a book! I hope you reveal some of our college shenanigans :) XO
