Warm and Cozy

The Girls (Kitty and Lucy) and I are warm and cozy at Boys Camp Road tonight...

I wish I could say I had a fire going, but I'm too much of a klutz to get one started...propane stove it is!

New couch...with coffee table (also built by hubby) New curtains (beige ikat fabric) are on order for the big window!  Rug courtesy of Homegoods.

 

View from behind the couch...the kitchen is to the right and the dining room is off to the left.  The fireplace is nice and cozy in the winter...a great place to cuddle up and read magazines and books.

Boys Camp Road...my new home sweet home

One of my best friends Katelyn (of Everlearningeyes.blogspot.com) came over to our house on Boys Camp Road and took some really awesome pictures.  I have never really posted pictures of the house because I wasn't an official resident until after the wedding, but now it's home sweet home!

Dining room. Hubby made the table, wine rack and sideboard table.  Placemats, napkins and napkin rings are all wedding gifts!

Hubby's "man room" where all of the animal skulls and trophys are (he made the display rack and the writing table...check out a picture of his shop below)

It's pretty much man-heaven.  And yes, it is always this organized...hubby is very Type-A when it comes to his shop!
