I recommend this dress to everyone...I wore it with no bra (Gasp!) and was totally comfortable! You can wear it a few different ways but I chose to wear it pink side out as a halter...gotta love Lululemon!

Tempest Necklace 2 Ways
Exciting news...The Fall 2012 Stella & Dot stuff is in! I perused the site and found some awesome pieces that are fun and can easily transition from summer to fall. As I was looking at all the new things I started picturing how I'd wear them and decided to share my thoughts with you all! These two looks feature the Tempest Necklace. The could be worn for a fun cocktail party or dinner/drinks with the girls. You could also wear this fun statement necklace during the day by dressing it down with comfy (but flattering) denim shorts and a flawy tank top...minimal makeup and you're good to go!

Me vs. Everyone Else
So as soon as I mentioned to a few people that I was thinking of trading my car in for a prius I got a ton of reactions...almost all negative. "Really?!" "WTF" "You'll look like a band geek". They all clearly don't share the same vision as me...I'm picturing myself in a cute black prius with a sunroof, an iPod hookup, heated seats for winter...and wearing my go-to cute outfits...something just like below:

Gym to dinner

So I'm pretty sure that you've figured out that I work at a gym, which means that I'm pretty much in workout clothes all day. This might sound cool but it's a total pain in the ass when you want to grab a drink or dinner with the hubby or some friends and you don't want to wear workout clothes! Hence my handy stash of a scarf, flats and a light sweater/jacket. Add some bronzer, poof the ponytail and I'm good to go! (granted this is NH and super casual is totally standard...I mean I just got rid of almost all my cocktails dresses because I've lived here for 3+ years and never worn one!)
What do you do in a pinch to get ready to go out?

Rainy summer day

It has been a bit of a rainy week up here in NH...although I have nothing on the peeps down in FLA! I will say that the cooler weather has been nice, I love wearing a sweater or sweatshirt in the morning.
Anyway- I'm DYING to find those missoni/haviana (spelling?) collaboration sandals...anyone know where to pick some up? I'm also digging those nail polish colors, it's a nice change up from my typical summer coral color...what's your go-to summer color?

Girls night out...

I'm finally getting together with some girls for a fun night out! Here's what I'm wearing (you know, in case you're interested)...boyfriend fit chinos from J.Crew, a white button down (buttoned pretty low, but tasteful) with a fun necklace, watch and minimal makeup! Pretty low-key...it is NH after all.
