I am trying to decide whether or not to start keeping track of what I eat in a food journal but can't decide if I'm really ready to see what I actually eat! I know that it's going to be a lot more than I think...
Does anyone keep a food journal? I'm thinking that the first couple of days will be tough, but once I see some results I'll be happy. It's just the whole "getting started" issue that I can't seem to get over.
Then there's the question of where to get the journal. SHAPE magazine has a journal specifically made for food journaling, but is NOT cute. I'm thinking that I may just make my own from a cute journal. I'm going to play around with some formats and see what I come up with...
Until then...I'm going to go enjoy my last night of freedom eating!
