As I get ready to teach my first Spin class...I wonder whether or not people will appreciate a "themed playlist".
I'm thinking about starting out with an 80s theme...just because who doesn't love to jam out to the 80s!
The first song to start it off is..."I'm so excited"...(aka the song that Jesse Spano sings when she takes caffeine pills in 'Saved by the bell'...."I'm so, so, SCARED")
Any suggestions for the rest of the list? I want to have some fast songs for sprints and jumps as well as some moderate intensity songs for hills and climbs.
