What to wear...to a concert in the city!

So a good friend of mine is going to a concert in the city and wants to look hot!  Mind you, she is hot and has a rockin' bod that's not hard to dress up.  I have a dress on loan to her that's similar to the one in the picture...all she needs now are some knee high boots, gold hoops, a fun cocktail ring and a fun-colored scarf (to break up the black).

As far as makeup, I think it would be fun to have black eyeliner with some smoky eyeshadow and lots of mascara.
